Week 5: Market Research

After presenting our awesome presentation we needed to focus our need and domain and to go from 4 "How Might We?" question that we had to one.

The focus on the how might we question was a bit hard for our group.

Is it the new employ trying to build a relationship from 0 to 1?

Is it encouraging more meaningful relationships in the workplace?

Therefore we've decided to go to investigate a different perspective.

We went to see the other side, the people that it is their job to look after the well being of the employees.

We were talking to an HR manager and the WeWork community manager.

After that amazing tour and interview, another interview with the head of HR at another company and really extensive research, we sat down as a group and started to markup our market research into a whiteboard.

And after a little editing session this was the final result:
